Training (half-day): Sickness & Occupational Accident, Maternity and Paternity Leave in France (NL)

During this training, we will specifically cover the sickness and work accident regulations. As an employer in France, you must meet certain obligations when hiring an employee and take out additional mandatory insurance. After outlining a general framework, we go through in detail the various declarations that must be made in the event of illness and occupational accidents. As an employer, you also have preventive obligations towards illness and occupational accidents, which we will explain. We will also discuss the various regulations on maternity leave and paternity leave.
